Aviation Services Check-in & Gate Area 50 - 80% (m/f/d), permanent on an hourly basis

Your area of responsibility:

• Responsibility for the smooth reception and care of passengers at check-in
• Acceptance and control of luggage and verification of travel documents according to destination
• Competent support for passengers in case of irregularities or cancellations
• Gate management including performing the associated loudspeaker announcements
• Ensuring the flow of information for passengers upon arrival and transfer
• Execution of check-in and gate processes in compliance with current security and entry regulations

We expect:

• A well-groomed appearance, a positive aura towards passengers, and a calm manner in hectic situations
• Excellent German (Swiss German must be understood perfectly) as well as very good English skills (min. level B2)
• Reliability and flexibility
• Readiness for irregular working hours including weekend work (deployment times vary between 04:00 and 00:00) – mobility must be guaranteed!
• Flawless criminal record extract as well as good PC skills
• At least one residence permit of category B, C, or G or a Swiss passport/ID

Training:

At the start of work, you will complete training (split over the first three working months), in which you will learn the basics for the responsible and safe execution of your new activity.
