For one of our clients, a recognized player in the field of precision mechanics, we are looking for several experienced Swiss lathe operators to strengthen its production teams

Whether you specialize in Tornos, Citizen or Escomatic, we wish to discover your background and technical skills.

Tornos, Citizen or Escomatic Swiss Lathe Operator

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure settings, setups and production monitoring on CNC and/or conventional Swiss turning machines
• Perform series changes, tool corrections and adjustments necessary for production
• Guarantee the manufacture of high-precision parts in compliance with quality requirements
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections of parts using suitable measuring instruments
• Identify any malfunctions and bring the necessary corrections
• Participate in the optimization of machining parameters and the continuous improvement of processes
• Ensure routine care and first-level maintenance of the equipment

Your profile:

• Holder of a CFC in polymechanic, production mechanic or equivalent training
• You benefit from proven experience in the field of Swiss turning and precision mechanics
• You master at least one of the following types of machines: Tornos (Deco, EvoDeco, SwissNano), Citizen or Escomatic
• You possess good knowledge in reading technical drawings and dimensional control
• You have knowledge in CAM, a serious asset
• You are recognized for your precision, your autonomy and your sense of responsibility
• You enjoy teamwork and know how to adapt to production requirements
