Your tasks:
Technical coordination and active participation in the further development of the Onboarding Operations area
Ensuring correct, timely and high-quality master data maintenance
Monitoring and processing incoming payments as well as checking the corresponding investment strategies
Ensuring and further developing quality standards, controls and internal processes
Identifying and implementing efficiency increases and process optimizations
Close cooperation with customer service, compliance, IT and other internal specialist departments
Participation in cross-departmental projects as well as taking on own technical and process-related areas of responsibility
Active participation in the digitalization and automation of existing processes

Your profile:
Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
Initial or several years of professional experience in the field of Banking Operations, back office or financial services
Good knowledge in the area of master data maintenance, ideally experience with Finnova
Strong understanding of processes and quality as well as interest in digitalization and automation
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
French and/or English skills are an advantage
Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
High quality awareness as well as independent and responsible way of working
Communicative, reliable and team-oriented personality
