At Tesla, Mobile Service means neither roadside assistance nor 24/7 on-call duty. Our mobile service team drives through the deployment area during regular workshop hours. We have converted Tesla vehicles into mobile workshops and can therefore offer excellent customer service, directly on-site at the customer.

Responsibilities

• You perform basic repair work on our customer vehicles, ensuring smooth service and excellent customer satisfaction
• You organize your daily workflow, in close cooperation with our service team, independently and proactively
• A high degree of quality is very important to us; to this end, we will train you on Tesla-specific repair guidelines
• Proper handling of tools and work materials is a matter of course for you
• You ensure that you do not lose connection to the workshop despite field service assignments
• You always maintain an overview of the sustainable use of your time and materials
• If necessary, you support your or other service centers

Requirements

• A completed vocational training as an Automotive Mechatronics Technician/ Automotive Specialist
• Good communication skills
• The ability to work independently and organize yourself
• Occupational safety and quality are your top priorities
• At least 2 years in possession of a valid EU driver's license (Class B)
• Willingness to travel
• You possess a valid work permit for Switzerland
