Fundraising Campaign Manager YOUR MISSION To strengthen its team, our client is looking for a rigorous, curious, and enterprising personality, ready to assume a key role within the organization, with a view to progressing gradually towards a management position. Responsible for a portfolio of half a dozen clients, you will autonomously manage about thirty fundraising campaigns per year. Your tasks: – Coordinate campaigns (design, copywriting, pre-press, production of offset and digital files with variable data, follow-up) – Manage client databases (including coordination of data entry operations) – Supervise MPC interns – Ensure follow-up with external service providers (artists, photographers, lithographers, paper merchants, printers, postal services, etc.) – Collaborate with the internal production team (file management, digital printing, mechanized mailing, logistics) – Nurture client relationships THE SEARCHED PROFILE "Marrying entrepreneurship with a social fiber" Personality takes precedence over experience. What really matters: – Combining social fiber and entrepreneurial spirit, evolving with ease in both worlds – Quickly synthesizing information – Working with rigor and precision, paying particular attention to detail – Organizing and structuring your work – Juggling varied missions – Working autonomously while managing priorities – Enjoying advising and supporting your clients – Writing with ease in French, your mother tongue – Laying out and enhancing the message – Skillfully handling figures and statistics – Mastering software such as FileMaker, Excel, InDesign, XmPie, and the Adobe suite (or equivalents) – Knowing the French-speaking Swiss economic, associative, and institutional fabric – Being comfortable both in front of a foundation board and in front of a production team – Having experience in managing direct mailings (an asset) Skills in direct marketing and graphic arts are a plus, as is a CAS in fundraising.
