Legal Counsel (m/f/d) part-time/full-time

What you achieve ##

• In procurement, IT, and outsourcing projects, you advise on contract, corporate, and regulatory law issues and answer corresponding inquiries from the organization. Depending on seniority, you also assist in the structuring and planning of larger procurement projects of the Helvetia Baloise Gruppe.
• In the area of intellectual property and competition law, you take primary responsibility at the group level and coordinate closely with the responsible persons in the individual countries.
• Furthermore, you bring interest in other areas of law that are primarily managed by your colleagues, such as sustainability and AI regulation.
• In your areas of responsibility, you develop and maintain internal instructions and processes and independently conduct exercises and training sessions.

What you bring ##

• A completed law degree is a prerequisite for this position, as is preferably a lawyer's license (Anwaltspatent).
• You already bring several years of professional experience as in-house counsel or lawyer, ideally in regulated markets or in an international environment.
• Profound knowledge in contract, corporate, and regulatory law distinguishes you, as do very good German and English skills in spoken and written form.
• As a team player, solution-oriented, and communicatively strong person, you know how to bring different interests together and develop pragmatic solutions.
• Independent working is a matter of course for you, and you represent your work results confidently to management.
