Minira is a private enterprise specializing in supporting young people and adults in re-entering the labor market after a health-related break. Within the framework of internal and external training programs, we promote the development of labor market skills, conduct professional assessments, and provide guidance during the application process as well as upon entry into a job or vocational training. To strengthen our team, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement:

Job Coach 60-80%

In this function, you will advise, guide, and support young people and adults with health impairments in professional integration within the primary labor market.

Responsibilities

• Case responsibility and coaching of young people and adults in work placements, training, or permanent positions in the primary labor market
• Cooperation with clients in the social insurance sector, administrative case management, and reporting
• Coordination with employers, training companies, and other involved entities from the support system
• Conducting assessment meetings with all parties involved, assessing goal achievement, and formulating recommendations for action
• Close guidance and active support in the application process for placements, training, or permanent positions
• Acquisition of employers for placements and maintenance of the network

Requirements

• Completed Master's degree in Psychology or Social Work
• Several years of professional experience in working with people with mental impairments, in labor integration, or in coaching
• Further training in the field of counseling and coaching is desirable
• Enjoyment of acquiring placements and maintaining labor market contacts
• Flexibility, empathy, openness, and ability to work in a team
• Solution- and resource-oriented basic attitude as well as respectful, appreciative, and tolerant interaction
• Organizational ability and a structured way of working
• Proficient German in speaking and writing and familiar with communication with various target groups
