What awaits you

• You manufacture and assemble precise fine cutting, punching, and bending tools as well as fixtures – independently and with high quality standards.
• You process workpieces manually and mechanically and apply your manual skills in a targeted manner.
• You optimize existing punching tools and carry out professional maintenance and repair work.
• You independently check your work for geometry, function, quality, and completeness.
• You document tools and fixtures reliably and traceably.
• You work on conventional turning and grinding machines.

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a Polymechaniker, Werkzeugmacher, or a comparable technical training.
• Sound professional experience and good knowledge in punching or fine cutting tool manufacturing.
• Enjoyment of precise, independent, and solution-oriented work.
• Readiness for shift work.
• Team spirit and a reliable way of working.
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing.
