(Junior) Marketing Manager (w/m/d) Your new tasks • Development and implementation of 360-degree communication campaigns off- and online (print, POS, TVC, radio, online) - from briefing creation to creation evaluation and production accompaniment to success control • Co-responsibility for the campaign budget • Control and management of external partners (e.g. communication agencies, printing companies) • Active coordination and cooperation within the MarKom department and with other internal departments • Depending on the focus, taking on additional tasks in the communications area • Support for trainees • Development and implementation of our partner campaigns • Collaboration on various marketing tasks (sponsoring, shootings, direct mailings, etc.) What you bring • Completed training or studies in the field of marketing, communication, economics or a comparable field. • Initial experience as a (junior) marketing manager and in the implementation of communication measures. • Ability to plan, coordinate and implement multiple projects simultaneously. • Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Enjoyment of collaboration with different teams and departments. • Knowledge of the furniture industry or retail. • Experience in collaboration with agencies, printing companies or other external service providers. • A good eye for design and interest in evaluating creative concepts. • Initial experience in budget planning and control.
