Your tasks • You structure and develop digital business models and analyze data. • You help to optimize work processes and IT products and make them fit for the future. • You are in constant exchange with specialists and visualize and present the developed solution. • You accompany projects and take over communication between the individual stakeholder groups. • As an apprentice, you start your apprenticeship with a varied basic apprenticeship year at the Berufsbildungscenter Bern (Bbc). Afterwards, you expand and deepen your competencies within the company. • Thanks to various internships, you receive practical, comprehensive training in the areas of IT, HR, and commerce. • You benefit from the expertise of our trainers. • Following individual consultation with the apprentices, we support the acquisition of the Berufsmaturität. What you bring with you • You are in the 9th grade (secondary level) or are in your 10th school year. • You find complex tasks exciting and are fascinated by the possibilities that computer science offers you. • Contact with internal customers and working in a team is important to you and gives you joy. • You think independent work and receiving responsibility for tasks is great. An aptitude test (e.g., Multicheck® Wirtschaft und Administration) is desired. We start our selection process in August 2026. We will get back to you from this point onwards.
