How you will help shape it: ##

• You lead the Secondary Technology team personally, technically and organizationally and further develop employees as well as competencies.
• You manage demanding infrastructure projects in the cross-functional group of ewl and are responsible together with your team for the planning and realization of electrical systems as well as control and monitoring technology systems.
• You drive sustainable energy projects forward and thus make a direct contribution to the decarbonization of the region.
• You ensure proactive resource planning, strengthen knowledge exchange within the team and create the prerequisites for successful project execution.
• You are responsible for the further development of standards, working methods and processes and promote cross-departmental cooperation.
• You conduct public tenders, prepare cost calculations, budgets as well as decision-making bases and are responsible for the economic management of the project portfolio.
• You support internal and external stakeholders as a competent contact person, bring different interests together and create sustainable solutions for operations, projects and partners.

What you bring with you: ##

• You have completed basic electrical training as an electrical installer, electrical planner, automation technician or have a comparable qualification.
• You have higher vocational training at HF or FH level in electrical engineering, automation, systems technology or a comparable specialization.
• You bring several years of leadership and project experience and know how to promote, develop and inspire employees for common goals.
• You know the relevant Swiss standards, regulations and safety regulations and apply them securely in planning and realization.
• You have experience in the planning, design, tendering and realization of electrical systems as well as control and monitoring technology systems.
• You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview even with several parallel projects.
• You convince through your leadership skills, your clear communication, your professional appearance and your ability to successfully bring different interests together.
• You take responsibility, make sound decisions and actively tackle changes.
