Supervisor Bar (m/f/d)

Together with your hosting talents, you enrich the stay of our guests. In addition to the coordination and leadership of the bar team, you take care of:

• Looking after and advising guests in the Motel One Lounge as well as all associated tasks
• Co-responsibility for achieving the sales budget in the Motel One Lounge
• Ensuring a smooth and fast service process
• Co-responsibility for conducting internal coachings, cross-trainings and planning training sessions for the further development of the bar staff
• Ordering food, drinks and spirits for the bar as well as conducting inventories at the end of the month

• Training in hotel management or professional experience in the hotel/gastronomy industry or interest in a career change

• Ability to work in a team and willingness to support across departments – we achieve our successes together

In Germany, we remunerate according to the currently applicable collective agreement for the hotel and restaurant industry of the respective federal state, in Austria according to the applicable collective agreement for all employees in the hotel and catering industry and in Switzerland according to the L-GAV (Landes-Gesamtarbeitsvertrag des Gastgewerbes).

For full-time positions, the remuneration range specified for the position applies gross/month, plus variable remuneration components and benefits. The specific starting remuneration within this range is based on objective criteria, in particular professional experience and qualification.
