With the introduction of SAP EWM as a new warehouse management system, we are setting an important milestone in the further development of our logistics. After the successful completion of the blueprint phase, we are looking for an experienced personality to be responsible for the decisive implementation phase up to the successful go-live. In this strategically important role, you will manage the SAP EWM implementation, coordinate internal and external project partners, and accompany the integration of modern automation and material flow solutions. At the same time, you will lay the foundation for further digitalization projects within our logistics. In this function, you are responsible for the following tasks: Overall responsibility for the planning, management, and implementation of the SAP EWM implementation. Responsibility for the successful introduction of SAP EWM as a new warehouse management system as well as the replacement of the existing system landscape. Ensuring project goals regarding quality, budget, resources, and deadlines. Leadership and coordination of internal and external project partners, consultants, and key users. Responsibility for the blueprint, integration, test, and go-live phases. Analysis, definition, and further development of logistical processes along the entire material flow from goods receipt to shipping. Ensuring the integration of SAP EWM into existing and new automation and material flow systems. Review and further development of functional specifications, process definitions, and technical concepts. Early identification of risks, bottlenecks, and project deviations as well as initiation of suitable measures. Preparation and management of project, steering, and SteerCo meetings. Ensuring professional communication towards internal and external stakeholders. Active participation in the further digitalization of our logistics as well as support for future system and process developments. Qualifications Several years of experience in leading SAP EWM projects or comparable logistics transformation projects. Very good understanding of warehouse, intralogistics, and material flow processes. Knowledge in the SAP environment as well as experience with S/4HANA and adjacent logistics modules are an advantage. Experience in complex project organizations with various stakeholders. Structured, solution-oriented, and resilient way of working. Ability to combine operational requirements with strategic project goals. Experience in dealing with external SAP partners and international project teams is an advantage. Enjoyment of actively shaping changes and successfully implementing complex transformation projects. Strong communication personality with assertiveness and high individual responsibility.
