In the field of breast medicine, the AndreasKlinik also has a comprehensive range of diagnostics and therapy and works closely with specialized partners within the Hirslanden-Gruppe. For our Board of Directors, we are looking for an organizationally strong, discreet and communicative personality per immediately or by arrangement, who manages the attending physician system and actively supports the Board of Directors.

YOUR TASKS

• Responsibility for the entire attending physician management -- from the admission of new doctors through onboarding to contract processing and master data maintenance
• Ensuring professional and efficient cooperation with our attending physicians as well as various internal and external interfaces
• Further development and optimization of the administrative processes in the attending physician system
• Support for the Board of Directors, the Head of Staff and the Department Heads with diverse administrative and organizational tasks
• Collaboration on projects as well as in the areas of quality management, marketing and communication
• Organization and coordination of meetings, appointments and other tasks in the daily business of the Board of Directors

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed commercial basic training (e.g. Executive Assistant) or medical training with sound commercial further training
• Several years of experience in an assistant or staff function, ideally in the Swiss healthcare or hospital environment
• Good understanding of hospital-internal processes; knowledge of contract management is an advantage
• Strong organizational talent as well as a structured, exact and proactive way of working
• High social competence, stylish appearance, strong communication skills and absolute discretion
• Very proficient use of MS Office applications and other IT applications; experience with clinical information systems is an advantage
