Your tasks

• Personnel and specialist leadership of the department with 3 employees
• Project management and substantive development of legislative projects in the healthcare sector (including implementation of EFAS, digitalization of the healthcare sector)
• Support for the offices and the directorate with legal issues, particularly in the areas of health, hospital care, outpatient care, nursing financing, data protection, digitalization
• Preparation of documents for the Government Council in this area

Your profile

• Attorney license or legal Licentiate/Master of Law with specific professional experience in administrative law, ideally in health and data protection law
• Leadership experience is an advantage, ideally in public administration
• Legislative experience as well as interest in issues in the healthcare sector
• Independent way of working, service awareness and advisory competence
• Language skills at native speaker level (C2) in German or French with very good knowledge of the other language (level C1)

The Legal Department processes the business of the GSI from a legal perspective.
It is particularly responsible for:
||All legislative work of the GSI
||Legal advice and support for all organizational units of the directorate
||Instruction of appeal proceedings and development of the appeal decisions of the GSI
||Ensuring uniform application of the law within the directorate

The Legal Department of the General Secretariat consists of three departments. The overall team is mixed in terms of age and gender and maintains an open and supportive work culture.
