Your tasks • You are responsible for the organization and development of the internal service team. • You ensure smooth processes through active engagement in day-to-day business. • You optimize internal processes and contribute to the development of the product range. • You are the central point of contact for internal and external inquiries. Your profile • Completed vocational training with corresponding further education and experience in internal service. • You are characterized by initiative and a solution-oriented personality. • Experienced IT user skills as well as excellent language skills in German. • Experience in direct customer contact, combined with strong negotiating skills.
