Main responsibilities

• Ensure the maintenance of general accounting for a portfolio of clients
• Prepare periodic closings and participate in the preparation of annual accounts
• Control the consistency and accuracy of accounts
• Prepare the files and documents necessary for the follow-up of mandates
• Ensure the administrative and accounting follow-up of assigned files
• Maintain regular contact with clients and respond to their routine requests
• Manage priorities and guarantee respect for deadlines

Profile ###

Desired profile

• Completed training in the field of accounting, finance, or a title deemed equivalent
• Confirmed experience within a Swiss fiduciary is indispensable
• Good mastery of general accounting and closing operations
• Knowledge of taxation for individuals and legal entities = an asset
• Knowledge of VAT = an asset
• Rigorous, organized, autonomous person capable of managing several files simultaneously
• Mastery of standard IT tools
