Are you someone who doesn't watch for long when something isn't working? Do you like to roll up your sleeves, have a good technical understanding, and keep an overview even when several things must be completed at the same time?

For our customers from various industries, we are looking for Maintenance Specialists EFZ who take responsibility and ensure that buildings, plants, and infrastructure function reliably.

Your tasks

Buildings & Infrastructure

• Maintenance, servicing, and minor repairs to buildings and technical plants
• Inspection and care of building technical facilities
• Coordination and accompaniment of external craftsmen and service providers
• Support with renovations, repairs, and internal projects
• Execution of regular inspection and maintenance work

Outdoor area & Surroundings

• Care and maintenance of premises, green spaces, and parking lots
• Cleaning and general building maintenance
• Care of sanitary facilities and other operational facilities
• Ensuring order and cleanliness around the operation
• If required, taking over winter and environmental work

Technology & Operation

• Identifying and rectifying minor technical malfunctions
• Monitoring operational safety and infrastructure
• Support in the implementation of safety and quality specifications
• Assistance with internal projects and optimizations

The All-rounder

• You enjoy varied tasks and are not too good for practical work

What you bring with you

• Training as a Maintenance Specialist EFZ
• Good technical and manual skills
• Experience in building, plant, or operational maintenance is an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Sense of responsibility and organizational talent
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license Cat. B is an advantage
• Good PC user skills
• Enjoyment of independent work and rolling up your sleeves
• Flexibility and an uncomplicated, helpful nature
