Deputy Physician responsible for respiratory rehabilitation

The Pulmonology Unit, spread over two sites, covers all respiratory pathologies relevant to an acute care hospital (Fribourg) and those related to pulmonary rehabilitation (Riaz). It benefits from an FMH postgraduate training accreditation in category B. In order to complete its team, the Medical Direction is looking for a Deputy Physician responsible for respiratory rehabilitation for the Pulmonology Unit

Your mission: * be responsible, within the Pulmonology Unit, for respiratory rehabilitation (based at HFR Riaz) * participate in the outpatient and inpatient care of patients suffering from pulmonary pathologies, including at the HFR Fribourg site according to the needs of the unit * perform bronchoscopies at the HFR Fribourg site * participate in the on-call shifts of the Pulmonology Unit * supervise assistant physicians and rotating senior residents and participate in their training * participate in the teaching of students from the Université de Fribourg

Your profile: * specialist titles (FMH) in pulmonology and general internal medicine * solid clinical experience in hospital and outpatient pulmonology, including as a resident or senior physician * experience in pulmonary rehabilitation is a certain advantage * experience as a resident in hospital internal medicine is a plus * mastery of the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory sleep disorders, including non-invasive ventilation * dynamic, open and collegial personality * interest in the organization of pre- and postgraduate and continuous training for doctors and healthcare staff * mastery of the French or German language with good knowledge of the other language (ability to conduct a medical interview)
