📋 Management of the nursing and care process

⭐ Active participation in quality development and quality assurance

🤝 Close cooperation with the interdisciplinary team for optimal care

What you bring with you:

🎓 Diploma as Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF or FH

🏥 Experience in long-term care and/or in the dementia area is an advantage

💡 Motivation to take on training tasks and pass on knowledge

💪 Resilience as well as flexibility in everyday work

📚 Enjoyment of personal and professional development

💻 Good IT user skills
