• Completed training as Pflegefachperson HF / FH
• Several years of leadership experience required (further training desired or the willingness to acquire it)
• Innovative spirit as well as a process-oriented and structured way of working
• High personal responsibility and decisiveness
• Strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with residents, relatives, and employees
