The contribution you can make

• Store, deliver, transfer as well as inventory vehicles and use and instructional material in a professional manner; prepare material according to current regulations
• Take care of the collection and return (RIDIMA) of vehicles as well as use and instructional materials
• Manage warehouse stocks and ensure storage of material, vehicles and equipment in compliance with regulations
• Check and record the incoming and outgoing goods, as well as create and process the necessary accompanying documents (in German)
• Record material movements, stock variations and bookings in the ERP system, ensuring data quality and stock accuracy
• Ensure order, safety and cleanliness within the scope of the warehouse and logistics, as well as compliance with current procedures and instructions

What distinguishes you

• Completed vocational training as a logistics clerk CFC
• Strong service orientation in relations with the troops and in related technical consulting
• Autonomous, efficient and reliable way of working, with strong organizational skills
• Driving licenses for categories B, BE and C are indispensable, licenses for categories CE and F constitute an advantage
• Good knowledge of SAP (S4/HANA) and excellent knowledge of MS Office products as a user

The Swiss Army Logistics Base (BLEs) is at the disposal of the troops. It provides all logistical services in favor of the Swiss Army and, with its approximately 3500 employees and 12000 militia soldiers, manages the material, systems and infrastructures of the Swiss Army. In the workshop or in the office, indoors or outdoors: the BLEs offers a wide range of jobs throughout Switzerland and for all tastes.

The Swiss Army employs over 9000 employees within the framework of four military professions and about 200 civil professions, in 110 locations throughout the national territory. It also provides for new recruits, training apprentices in over 30 professions.
