YOUR FIELD OF ACTIVITY
Administration and support of the server infrastructure (Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, backup)
Active participation in IT security topics and if necessary assumption of sub-projects in the field of information security
Support of employees in 1st and 2nd level support (hardware and software)
Hands on IT; hardware, software and network administration and further development of our Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Endpoint Management)
WHAT YOU BRING
Completed IT training or comparable professional experience (also graduates are welcome)
Enjoyment of direct user support
Sound knowledge in Windows server environments, Linux an advantage
Basic knowledge in network technology (VLAN, firewall, switches)
Passion for the Microsoft M365 platform and the associated potentials regarding New Work, collaboration and automation
Interest in continuous further education and in independent research of technical information
