Store Jumper Agent (m/w/d) ###

Your tasks ###

• Competent advice to customers regarding smartphones, tariffs and accessories
• Reliable and solution-oriented processing of service and repair inquiries
• Ensuring a positive and individual shopping experience
• Organization and coordination of processes in the store, including stock management, inventories and administrative tasks

Your profile ###

• Completed training in retail or comparable experience, ideally in the field of telecommunications or multimedia
• Passion for technology and modern communication solutions
• Friendly, customer-oriented appearance and joy in sales
• Reliable, committed and team-oriented
• Very good German skills; knowledge of English or other languages is an advantage
• Deployment at various locations with approx. 50 % willingness to travel between Zürich and Aargau
