YOUR TASKS

• Instrumenting and assisting during procedures in the following areas:
• Orthopaedics incl. robotics & traumatology
• Spinal, hand and plastic surgery
• Urology & gynaecology incl. Da-Vinci robotics
• Visceral surgery
• Ensuring a smooth and high-quality OR process
• Proactive and reliable cooperation in all procedures
• Deployment in daily operations as well as, depending on workload, in late and on-call shifts
• Active co-design of processes, quality and team culture

Additionally when taking on the specialist responsibility for Orthopaedics / Hygiene / Gynaecology

• Specialist responsibility for the assigned area
• Further development and ensuring of standards
• Contact person for material, instruments & processes
• Close cooperation with doctors, OR management & interfaces
• Participation in training, inductions & quality measures

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as Dipl. Fachfrau / Fachmann Operationstechnik HF
• Several years of OR experience is an advantage
• High quality and responsibility orientation
• Resilient, team-oriented and flexible
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of the profession and strong commitment
