Bern (and Home Office) \| 80-80% Your contribution <br /> • Participate in the organization and implementation of projects in the thematic areas of algorithmic discrimination, social security, and the gender gap • Support information and public relations work, in particular independently managing the digital communication channels of the EKF (website, Instagram, LinkedIn) and participating in media work • Be responsible for editorial work (e.g., creating or editing documents, specialist articles, and minutes) • Conduct substantive research on the key thematic areas • Answer internal and external inquiries regarding gender equality • Check translation work, especially in French and Italian • Participate in working groups and attend internal and external events <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree at Master's level in social sciences, law, or humanities • Great interest in national politics, human rights, and equality issues • Affinity for public relations (especially website and social media) • Excellent editorial skills • Very good knowledge of a second official language <br /> In a nutshell The Federal Commission on Women's Issues EKF is a permanent extra-parliamentary commission appointed by the Federal Council. As an advisory body to the Confederation, it deals with all issues specifically concerning the situation of women in Switzerland and gender equality.
