For our client, we are looking for a committed and reliable dispatcher (m/f/d).

In this responsible position, you will take over the coordination and organization of orders, transports, or assignments and ensure a smooth process.

Your tasks

• Planning and coordination of orders, tours, or assignments
• Dispatching of vehicles, employees, and resources
• Support and communication with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
• Monitoring of delivery and deadline specifications
• Processing of inquiries as well as creation and maintenance of assignment and transport plans
• Recording and checking of relevant data and documents
• Processing of complaints and solution of occurring problems

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in dispatching, logistics, or order processing is an advantage
• Organizational talent as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally with dispatching software
• Resilience, flexibility, and strong customer orientation
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
