Maintenance Specialist / Maintenance Mechanic

For Jabil Manufacturing GmbH, we are looking for a maintenance specialist / maintenance mechanic for a temporary deployment at our location in Raron. As a maintenance specialist, you are responsible for ensuring the technical availability and reliability of our production facilities: • Fault analysis and repairs on CNC machines and production facilities • Commissioning of machines after faults or conversions • Carrying out preventive maintenance work to ensure trouble-free operation • Oil change Filter change Measurement and testing of machine components • Optimization of system availability through systematic maintenance plans • Support with the installation, commissioning and relocation (re-positioning) of CNC machines • Active participation in the introduction of new products and production facilities • Support for the facility team with: • Maintenance work on the building Minor repairs (mechanical and simple electrical) • Documentation of all maintenance, repair and optimization work in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements Jabil Switzerland Manufacturing GmbH Qualifications • Completed training as a mechanic, polymechanic, maintenance mechanic or similar • Experience in handling CNC machines (operation and/or maintenance an advantage) • Good knowledge in the field of mechanics, basic knowledge of electrical engineering an advantage • Safe handling of PC systems: • Windows applications SAP (an advantage) MS Office (Excel, Word) • Structured and reliable way of working with high quality orientation • Manual skills as well as solution-oriented thinking • Teamwork and willingness to cooperate with different departments What we offer • Exciting activity in an international medical technology company • Working with modern CNC systems and innovative technologies • Varied range of tasks between production and facility • Opportunity for personal and professional development • Dynamic team and collegial work environment
