Project Manager 50-70% - Hermes / AI / KI / Strategy Project Manager 50-70% - Hermes / AI / KI / Strategy Project: Our client (an authority) is looking for a Project Manager to support them using Hermes in the introduction of an overall strategy for the use of AI. The goal is to establish and clarify the organizational, technical, legal, and functional requirements for the productive use of AI applications. In this context, both generative AI applications as well as AI functionalities within existing specialist applications are to be taken into account. (Reference number 925091RF). Tasks: • Definition of a strategic direction for the use of AI, including a fundamental decision on the use and/or connection of nationwide solutions. • Development of target architectures, a rough concept for the operating model, and the necessary requirements regarding data quality, data availability, process harmonization, governance, and compliance. • Identification, prioritization, and evaluation of use cases with high business value as well as derivation of concrete implementation recommendations. • Creation of a sound decision basis for a department-wide implementation project. • Optional: Examination and, if necessary, development of a compact AI guideline or AI strategy. Requirements: • Tertiary-level education in computer science or business • HERMES certification (at least Hermes 5.1 Foundation or higher) • More than 5 years of experience in the project management of IT projects • Experience in leading an AI project in a larger organization • German as the project language (C2 level) • ösisch (B2 level) Ref.
