Disposition Service Center (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Dispatching and planning of service and device orders for kitchen and laundry room
• Creating the deployment plans for the carpenter/device installers and service technicians as well as monitoring execution
• Organization and coordination with external craftsmen as well as suppliers incl. creation of schedule programs
• Creating and monitoring the assembly dossiers of the carpenter/device installers and service technicians

What you bring with you

• Commercial, manual, or technical basic training
• Experience in dispatching in the household appliance industry or kitchen industry
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact, strong communication skills and resilience
• Professional handling of internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills as well as independent and exact way of working
• Good IT user knowledge (ERP, Office, etc.)
