We plan and implement modern switchgear and transformer stations for energy suppliers, industry, and infrastructure projects, and accompany them from the initial idea to successful commissioning. In doing so, you work on projects with a direct impact on supply security, sustainability, and infrastructure development. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual as a Project Manager: High-Voltage Systems, who will help shape the energy future with us. What awaits you ## • Management of new, renovation, and expansion projects in the field of switchgear and transformer stations. • Responsibility for deadlines, costs, quality, and project coordination. • Control of projects from planning to commissioning. • Point of contact for customers, clients, network operators, authorities, planners, and suppliers. • Creation of technical concepts, offers, and project calculations. • Conducting negotiations and participating in contract drafting. • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in accordance with ESTI guidelines. • Coordination of internal and external project participants. What you bring ## • Basic electrical training with further education in the field of electrical engineering HF/FH/HTL, master electrician, or electrical safety consultant/electrical project manager for installation and safety. • Experience in planning, designing, and implementing energy systems. • Ideally, experience in managing energy projects. • Structured and independent working method. • Technical understanding and organizational skills. • Negotiation-secure German language skills. • Driver's license category B. Advantageous: • IPMA certification. • Knowledge of SAP and MS Office. • Experience in the field of high-voltage or substation systems.
