Senior Corporate Communications Manager (m/f/d) 100% ##

Reporting directly to the Global Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute our global internal and external communication strategy. You will shape and protect BÜHLMANN's reputation, enhance brand visibility, and lead our corporate narrative across all digital and traditional channels.

Your Role - Creative. Strategic. Data-Driven. ###

• Global Strategy: Develop and implement an integrated corporate communication strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
• Corporate Narrative: Define and maintain a consistent global narrative across all regions, business units, and channels.
• Digital Content Creation: Produce multimedia content (video, social media, web) to strengthen digital engagement and brand presence.
• Social Media & Web Management: Manage global corporate digital channels, including the website, content hubs, and social platforms.
• Thought Leadership & Executive Messaging: Drive strategic storytelling and thought leadership highlighting scientific expertise, while executing global executive communications (general assemblies, leadership forums, strategic announcements).
• Internal Communications & Media Relations: Design programs that strengthen employee alignment and corporate culture on a global scale, while developing international media contacts and managing PR activities, press releases, and corporate announcements.
• Crisis & Stakeholder Management: Provide basic crisis communication frameworks and align messaging with key external stakeholders if necessary.
• Governance & Agencies: Manage global communication budgets, define best practices, and coordinate external agency partners.

Your Profile - Visionary. Digital Native. Collaborative. ###

• Education: Master's or equivalent in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or Business Administration.
• Professional Experience: Over 7 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public affairs, strategic communication, or reputation management.
• Industry Context: Proven leadership experience in MedTech, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
• IT - CMS & Web: Solid experience in managing corporate websites and content hubs (e.g., WordPress, Typo3, Adobe Experience Manager).
• IT - Social Media & Analytics: Proficiency in corporate platforms (LinkedIn, X) and digital analytics/social listening tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• IT - Content & Multimedia: Hands-on experience in video editing, streaming tools, and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva).
• IT - AI & Modern Technologies: Demonstrated use of AI-assisted communication tools and automation technologies to improve efficiency and reach.
• Languages: Professional proficiency in English and German (written and spoken); French is a plus.
