How your job will look:

• You design target architectures for Microsoft 365: information architecture in SharePoint Online, lifecycle and governance for Teams, permission models in Entra ID, information protection via Purview
• You make customers Copilot-ready: check permission hygiene, make oversharing visible, define labels and DLP rules, determine which content the Semantic Index is allowed to see
• You transform recurring patterns into blueprints and standard services for a continuous improvement process
• You accompany migrations from file servers, SharePoint Server, and third-party platforms and are responsible for technical quality beyond the go-live
• In presales, you translate requirements into reliable solution designs and effort estimates and, together with Sales, carry the technical argumentation

What you should bring:

• Several years of professional experience as an architect, senior consultant, or lead engineer in the Microsoft 365 environment, a relevant part of which is in customer projects
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams regarding information architecture, governance, lifecycle, and migration
• Practical experience with Microsoft Purview and permission models in Microsoft Entra ID
• Good experience in M365 preparation for Copilot rollouts
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph as well as ideally M365 certifications (e.g., MS-102, MS-700, SC-300, SC-401)
• Business fluent German, good English, French is an advantage
