Theoretical training: Courses are provided at the Ecole Professionnelle Commerciale et Artisanale (EPCA) in Sion at a rate of one to two days per week. Practical training: Practical training within the company takes place at CIMO, under the responsibility of a trainer. Inter-company courses (CIE) are organized by the CIFC (Communauté d'Intérêts pour la Formation Commerciale) in Sion in order to receive the practical basics of the profession. The profession As part of your apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to discover very diversified fields. The work is done mainly via PC, telephone, or paper documentation. You will have the opportunity to rotate between three departments in which you will become familiar with, among other things: Sales administration: answering the phone, managing agenda and meeting planning, processing orders... Finance: checking and accounting for invoices, accounting transactions, processing purchase requests... Human Resources: managing personnel data, monitoring employee hours, issuing documents related to social insurance...
