We are looking for you to support our real estate development team in Zürich as our new committed, dynamic, and motivated Project Manager Real Estate Development (m/f).

In this responsible and varied function as Project Manager Real Estate Development, you will assume overall responsibility for the development from the initial idea to the building permit.

• Coordination of the development of in-house promotions and third-party projects in the residential and commercial sectors, from site evaluation to building application submission
• Conducting site inspections and assessments as well as analysis of usage potentials and locations
• Creation of feasibility and project studies including cost, income, and risk estimates as well as land value and profitability calculations
• Preparation of land offers for purchase rights and purchases as well as participation in negotiations; management and coordination of external planners, architects, and specialists; tendering and awarding of planner services as well as coordination with authorities and other stakeholders
• Preparation and accompaniment of design competitions and competition procedures, including usage clarifications, awarding of contracts to planners for studies and concepts, preparation of offer documents as well as creation and presentation of offers
• Creation and comparison of investor and financing documents, including cost, income, and gross/net yield calculations, financing and leasing calculations, model calculations, property budgets, as well as payment and rough schedules
• Creation of key data sheets and factsheets as well as submission of proposals to the executive management
• Submission and improvement of purchase offers as well as cooperation with future investors considering their wishes and participation in the acquisition of potential investors
• Creation of profitability calculations for joint ventures
• Elaboration of requirement programs and specifications for new construction and renovation projects, as well as coordination of special use and partial zone plans

Your Profile

• You have training in the construction or planning environment and wish to actively help shape demanding real estate projects
• Training as an Architect, Engineer FH / ETH or Spatial Planner
• Advantageously with further training CAS in Real Estate Development or MAS in Real Estate and/or Project Management
• Several years of professional experience in the project planning of residential and commercial properties in Switzerland
• Very good knowledge of Swiss construction and planning standards as well as public building law
• Entrepreneurial, responsible personality with a strong awareness of quality and costs
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working as well as enjoyment in cooperating with various stakeholders
• Proficient German skills in speaking and writing as well as confident handling of common digital tools (MS Office 365; CAD/BIM affinity an advantage)
