Your tasks Accompanying the on- and offboarding process of employees Supporting the further development of the onboarding process Participating in the implementation of HR training for new employees Creating and processing employment contracts as well as other personnel administrative documents Writing interim and employment references in the Abacus system Adapting and updating job descriptions Managing the HR mailbox and ensuring professional processing of inquiries Supporting application management including creating job advertisements and applicant correspondence Your profile Commercial basic training with further training in the HR field Experience in HR administration as well as enjoyment of versatile tasks along the Employee Lifecycle Good knowledge of MS Office, experience with Abacus is an advantage Strong communication personality with enjoyment in contact with employees and internal departments Independent, structured and careful way of working with a high service mindset German: stylistically proficient (C2) / other languages an advantage Your perspective A versatile HR task awaits you in a professional and international environment in which you can contribute your expertise and gain valuable experience.
