What you can accomplish

• Pilot and monitor our modern UHT filling line as well as the secondary packaging and contribute to making a new installation a true success story.
• Bring your ideas, identify potential for improvement, and actively participate in the continuous evolution of processes, procedures, and settings.
• Ensure, through regular product and packaging controls, that our high quality standards are always respected.
• Support your team in the event of malfunctions, analyze the causes, and help to establish and advance sustainable solutions for stable operation of the installation.
• Take charge of cleaning, maintenance, and control work so that our installation is always ready for use.

What you bring

• You have completed professional training as a CFC system operator and several years of experience in an industrial production environment, ideally in the food industry.
• Flexibility is natural for you and you are ready to work in a 4-shift team.
• You are passionate about technology and you take pleasure not only in piloting the machines, but also in continuously optimizing them with the team.
• You meet challenges with a solution-oriented and positive attitude and maintain an overview even when everything is not yet perfectly running.
• Good knowledge of German, a high awareness of hygiene, as well as a reliable and responsible way of working complete your profile.
