As a non-profit operation of the Stiftung Blindenheim Basel, irides AG stands for lived participation and professional support. From August 2027, we offer an exciting apprenticeship position as Commercial Employee EBA Petra Häring, vocational trainer, tells you what your apprenticeship with us could look like: During your two-year training, you will gain in-depth insights into the commercial areas of the company. During your entire training period, you will be closely supported by me as a vocational trainer and my team, individually promoted, and specifically prepared for the successful completion of your apprenticeship. You will complete your training in various areas. These are the reception, customer administration, as well as the personnel and finance department. You will receive external mail, sort it, and distribute it internally. At the reception, you will greet and assist our visitors, take calls, provide information, or forward it to the responsible departments. Additionally, you will write letters, reports, and perform other administrative tasks, maintain databases of our residents, check invoices, and carry out simple bookings. Furthermore, you will copy, scan, and archive important documents from the various areas. Your Profile • At least completion of Sekundarschule in the Leistungszug A with good academic performance • Interest in PC work and digitalization • Joy in dealing with people • Systematic way of working • Ability to work in a team • Good oral and written German skills Our Offer We offer you professional training and comprehensive support from experienced professionals. You will receive 4-6 days of individual learning support per training year [DM1] to look at various topics, whether academic or practical. You will work in a well-coordinated and motivated team.
