BSB trains many apprentices and students every year. Starting from 1 August 2027, we offer you an exciting apprenticeship position as a healthcare professional CFC in long-term care. You will learn a profession that combines expertise and humanity. You will make a valuable contribution to the well-being and quality of life of elderly people while progressively assuming responsibilities.

Your commitment ##

During your three-year training as a healthcare professional CFC in long-term care, you will work in one of the five care centers of BSB. You will support elderly people in their daily lives and progressively learn to assume care, support, and organizational tasks. This includes, for example, dressing changes, blood tests, and the distribution of medication. Administrative tasks are also part of your varied training.

Your profile ##

• Completion of compulsory schooling at level E or higher
• Good command of German, both spoken and written
• Taste for theoretical and practical learning
• Resilience as well as an open and respectful attitude
• Joy of working with people and in a team
• Respect towards elderly people
• Availability for irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays
