Shape the future of sport and event infrastructures in Bülach.

You take the operational and strategic direction of our Sport and Events sector with indoor pool, outdoor pool, artificial ice rink, gym, performance hall as well as other sports and leisure facilities. With your team, you ensure professional, customer-oriented and future-oriented operation of these important infrastructures, thus contributing significantly to the high quality of life in Bülach.

Your tasks

• Direction of the Sport and Events sector on a technical, personnel and organizational level with approximately 30 employees
• Direct management of four team leaders as well as one technician and one secretarial employee
• Responsibility for the budget, management control and quality assurance
• Ensure the operation as well as the provision and maintenance of sports and event infrastructures
• Planning and implementation of projects as well as participation in strategic questions

Your profile

• Several years of management experience with strong social and managerial competence
• Higher education in business management, facility management, sports management, public administration or comparable field
• Understanding of operational, financial and organizational contexts
• Initiative, decision-making and solution-oriented working method
• Communicative and resilient personality with an entrepreneurial mindset
