Team Leader Acute Geriatrics - 100%

Your tasks

• Ensuring the organization, coordination, and leadership of acute geriatrics
• Responsible for personnel management, development, and planning
• Responsible for the continuing education, personnel, and operating budget and their compliance
• You nurse and care for our patients competently in an interprofessional treatment team
• You take responsibility for and control the nursing process for your assigned patients
• You take on both daily and specialist responsibility and are an active contact person for our patients
• You actively participate in the practical training of students and nursing apprentices

Your profile

• You have a completed and Swiss-recognized diploma education in nursing at tertiary level (HF / FH) as well as initial professional experience in an acute hospital in Switzerland
• You bring a readiness for the practical application of nursing diagnostics using electronic patient documentation
• You are characterized by a warm and humorous basic attitude as well as by your confident communication with our patients in the German language (verbal and written)
• Leadership experience in acute care is an advantage
