Project Coordinator Services (a)

Your Tasks

• Planning, coordinating and documenting service and small projects in the offer and execution phases
• Qualitative, scheduled and financial responsibility for the managed customer orders
• Creating offers as well as commercial processing of orders including invoicing
• Creating and monitoring orders in the CRM and ERP system
• Coordination and technical alignment between customers as well as internal and external specialist departments
• Monitoring the acceptance processes and ensuring a successful project completion
• Technical clarifications regarding spare parts and discontinued components as well as developing suitable replacement and modernization solutions
• Supporting the service department with technical questions and complex system malfunctions

Your Profile

• Basic technical training, preferably as an automation technician, with further training as a process specialist or comparable qualification
• Alternatively, commercial training with strong technical understanding and corresponding professional experience
• Professional experience in the field of automation, intralogistics or in a comparable technical environment
• Experience in project coordination as well as interest in technical clarifications and finding solutions
• High customer orientation and business thinking
• Reliability and team spirit as well as a sympathetic and communicative manner
• Excellent German and good English skills, other languages an advantage
• Independent, self-reliant and structured way of working as well as assertiveness
