Carpenter - Department Head & Member of the GL

Activity + Management of the Planning department including standardization and CAD coordination + Responsibility for production and infrastructure in cooperation with the Production Manager + Monitoring and control of IT and EDV systems including ERP (Borm) + Participation and planning in customer projects + Exercise of GL chairmanship and assumption of assigned tasks such as controlling and financial management • Requirements + Completed carpenter basic training EFZ with additional further education or comparable practical experience + Experience in leading and developing employees + In-depth knowledge of Office, EDV-, ERP- and CAD programs + Ideally experience in project calculation + Motivated and initiative personality with pronounced team ability and sense of responsibility • Offer + Modern, open and family-friendly working environment with flat hierarchies + Diverse, challenging tasks with active participation in shaping the Lucerne site + Comprehensive introduction and continuous support in building new structures up to GL chairmanship
