Your daily work

• Sometimes it is a heat pump that doesn't quite get up to speed. Then an oil heating that quits its service, or a gas boiler whose fault code raises more questions than it provides answers. You take care of it and know how
• Your technical intuition is required. Commissioning systems, performing maintenance, systematically circling faults, and permanently resolving errors are part of the daily business. Not just tinkering with symptoms, but recognizing causes and finding solutions
• In doing so, you are largely your own master. With a perfectly equipped service vehicle, you start directly from your place of residence to customers in Northwest Switzerland. The assignments are documented digitally, while a competent internal service team provides you with organizational support
• And because heating systems, as is well known, do not follow a calendar, on-call service is also part of the job after thorough training

What you bring

• A solid technical vocational training forms the foundation. Whether heating installer, refrigeration system fitter, electrical installer, automotive mechatronics technician, or a related technical profession: It is decisive that you understand connections, recognize errors, and handle tools as confidently as sophisticated technology
• Service experience would be excellent. Even more important, however, are an independent way of working, analytical thinking skills, and the willingness to deal with new technologies
• Practical knowledge with heating systems from Dimplex and Weishaupt is a special plus. Anyone who is already familiar with these two brands brings a real advantage. Anyone who possesses the technical equipment and wants to learn more is also welcome
• Customer contact should bring you joy. Because sometimes the art consists not only in repairing a heating system, but in explaining understandably to an angry person why it failed in the first place
• We require a category B driver's license.
