• 29 June 2026 • 100% • Indeterminate duration • French (Fluent) • Lausanne • Log in to see the salary estimate on jobup.ch Your tasks as a recruitment consultant: • You conduct interviews with candidates, organize and coordinate interviews with clients • You manage your mandates autonomously, based on clear weekly activity objectives and a pre-established structure • You attract new talents by writing ads published on several platforms • You prepare candidates for interviews through personalized coaching • You ensure the taking of telephone references from former employers • As a specialist, you present a targeted selection of candidates and accompany your clients in choosing the ideal profile • You are in regular contact with your clients to discuss their personnel needs and present relevant candidates What you bring: • You are an ambitious person and easily establish contact with others • You have easy contact and appreciate teamwork • You have completed at least one long internship or have at least one first professional experience in Switzerland • You speak French fluently. Good knowledge of German is an asset.
