Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people who are fragile in their physical and mental integrity during their life process.

In order to complete our support team during the renovation period of our EMS, we are looking for our establishment in Yverdon which counts 27 People and is specialized in geriatrics, for the following profile:

Socio-educational Assistant (F/M/D) in CDM 1 year between 80% and 100% - EMS Maurice Bugnon Yverdon

Whatever their function, the professionals of Fondation Saphir have a common will, that of accompanying People daily to allow them to concretely experience the institutional service strategy "like at home". That is to say, to maintain their habits as much as possible, to offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through real multidisciplinary collaboration, to allow the well-being and happiness of the People.

As a socio-educational assistant, you accompany People in daily life activities, taking into account the support project and their level of autonomy. In collaboration with the team or autonomously, you have the responsibility to prepare and organize daily socio-cultural activities for the residents and, of course, to accompany them in their realization.

YOUR BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS

• CFC as a socio-educational assistant or recognized equivalence
• Driver's license (Driving manual and automatic vehicles)
• Solid experience in accommodation
• Ability to adapt and integrate
• Ease of communication and collaboration
• Dynamic, listening, flexible, and organized personality
• Mastery of oral and written French as well as mastery of IT tools
• Your attitude is centered on the well-being of the Person
