In order to strengthen our Logistics and transport team, attached to our Industry & Services Direction, we are looking for a: Logistics Operator with CFC (M/F) at 100% Your role and responsibilities As a Logistics Operator, you ensure the various activities related to the reception, processing, and management of goods. You prepare orders, proceed with the labeling of items, and ensure the movement of pallets internally and ensure the proper processing of arrivals. You are also responsible for the computer entry of stock movements and contribute to the reliability and traceability of logistics operations by ensuring their accuracy. In a continuous improvement approach, you also participate in the optimization of logistics processes in order to contribute to the efficiency of the service. Furthermore, you play an essential role in the training and support of AFP apprentices. In this capacity, you transmit your know-how, support apprentices in the acquisition of their skills, and contribute to their progress in a professional environment that values autonomy, empowerment, and integration. Profile sought CFC in logistics indispensable; Forklift permit recognized by SUVA mandatory; Apprentice trainer training; Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. The expected qualities Holding a CFC in logistics, you have at least three years of professional experience in a similar position. The forklift permit recognized by SUVA as well as apprentice trainer training are indispensable. You master common IT tools as well as the MS Office suite and are comfortable with stock management tools. Autonomous, versatile, and organized, you demonstrate rigor in your work while knowing how to adapt to different situations and the needs of your professional environment. You are particularly motivated by the transmission of knowledge and appreciate the role of trainer. Gifted with good interpersonal skills, patience, and listening, you know how to support each apprentice with kindness while maintaining a clear and demanding professional framework.
