Tasks

Social pedagogical class leadership

You supervise a school class with a maximum of 8 children during lessons and leisure time. You are available Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00 and organize and accompany the weekly excursion to a horse farm.

Cooperation

You work intensively with the special education teacher in the class team and the school management. Together with the pedagogical team, you set goals, plan and design the daily routine of the children, and participate in project and camp weeks.

Proactive and a team player

As a proactive and team-oriented person, you also actively participate in school development. You are willing to support design and change processes. A motivated and innovative faculty awaits you.

Profile

Experience

You have experience in dealing with children and adolescents with social-emotional abnormalities and enjoy working with students from difficult family backgrounds.

Personality

You bring the necessary professionalism to face difficult situations and to plan daily life with the children carefully and with foresight. You are resilient, reliable, humorous, and enjoy spending time outdoors (horse farm).

Education

You have a degree in social pedagogy (FH or HFS). Ideally, you have professional experience.
