• Through direct exchange, you create trust and build sustainable customer relationships.
• Together with our team of specialists and mandate managers, you ensure a first-class service experience for the customers you support.
• You acquire new customers, specifically develop existing customer relationships, and inspire through your sense for entrepreneurial needs.
• You contribute your ideas, use your creative freedom, and actively participate in the expansion of the Rorschach branch.

YOUR PROFILE IS CONVINCING

• Several years of experience in the corporate business of an insurance broker or insurer
• Professional insurance training in corporate business; further qualifications are a plus
• Enjoyment of personal consulting, customer development, and the acquisition of new mandates
• Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and a reliable manner
• Empathy, negotiation skills, and the ability to convey even complex topics in an understandable way
• An established network in the regional business world is an advantage
• High service orientation as well as enjoyment of partnership-based cooperation in a team
