For our new orthopedics department, ORTHOFEET Biel-Bienne, we are looking for a friendly and reliable personality for our reception immediately or by arrangement.
With us, the patients are at the center. You welcome our customers warmly, take time for their concerns, and accompany them during their visit with us.

Additional tasks

• Invoicing
• Telephone and written correspondence
• General administrative work

What you bring with you

• Very good German and French skills
• Enjoyment of contact with people and a warm, friendly appearance
• Empathy and patience in dealing with our patients
• Independent, reliable, and careful way of working
• Organizational talent and enjoyment of varied tasks
• Good PC user skills; SAP-BusinessOne is an advantage
• Experience in the medical or administrative field is an advantage
